Absolutely! You can gift anything in our online store. Simply enter your giftee’s address during checkout and we’ll make sure the package arrives at their door. Our invoices do not include pricing so the lucky recipient will never know what you spent. We currently only ship to Canada--other locations are in the works! Canadian orders ship with flat rate fees for USPS/Canada Post ($37 CAD) and DHL ($50 CAD). Your shipping fee includes all duties, taxes, and import fees, so there are no surprise charges at delivery.

All packages ship in a plain brown box but please be aware that the attached customs forms will list the item as a “silicone personal massager” to avoid misclassification at customs, so we cannot guarantee fully discreet shipping.

To minimize packaging waste, we ship orders together once all items are in stock. If you would like to receive in-stock items early, please email hello@bananasplitshop.com and we'll help you out.

• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any items that have been opened, used, or have a broken packaging seal. As a small business, we appreciate you prioritizing the safety of our team given the intimate nature of our products. 
• For unused, unopened merchandise we offer a refund for the purchase price of the item, minus the cost of return shipping, within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are provided once we’ve received the item and confirmed it as unopened. To return your unused item, please send us an email and we'll help you navigate the return!

As an early-stage business, mistakes do happen. If an item is not functioning properly or arrived broken, please email hello@bananasplitshop.com with a photo or video of the issue, and we’ll troubleshoot the problem with you or provide a replacement. 

All Banana Split toys are made of 100% body-safe silicone. Silicone is one of the best materials out there for sex toys because it is a non-porous, heat-resistant material that is easy to clean and doesn't hold onto bacteria. However, we do not recommend using silicone-based lubricants with our silicone toys, as they can have a negative reaction with each other.

Yes! All Banana Split toys have a connecting mechanism. So if you end up ordering a second toy later on, you will be able to connect it to your original toy.

Yes! Because we are a very early-stage business, we only have the resources to launch with limited sizes. We plan to expand our sizing as much as possible. You can also purchase the Banana or Dollop separately, if one of them seems more likely to fit you, and then wait to purchase another end until more options become available--they will all pair together seamlessly.

In order to be compatible with a partner toy, a harness cannot have a solid backing behind the o-ring because the toy must extend from your vagina, through the o-ring, to your partners vagina. We sell a compatible harness on our site that we highly recommend. If you don't like the look of the one we have available, reach out to us for suggestions!
