Our invoices do not include pricing so the lucky recipient will never know what you spent. Yes, all the products in your order will ship together. We do not provide split-shipping because it is less environmentally-friendly, and because it increases the chances of a lost or delayed shipment.

• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any items that have been opened, used, or have a broken packaging seal. As a small business, we appreciate you prioritizing the safety of our team given the intimate nature of our products. 
• For unused, unopened merchandise we offer a refund for the purchase price of the item, minus the cost of return shipping, within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are provided once we’ve received the item and confirmed it as unopened. To return your unused item, please send us an email and we'll help you navigate the return!

• As an early stage start-up, mistakes do happen. If an item is not functioning properly or arrived broken, please email hello@bananasplitshop.com with a photo or video of the issue, and we’ll troubleshoot the problem with you or provide a replacement. 

• All Banana Split toys are made of 100% body-safe silicone. Silicone is one of the best materials out there for sex toys because it is a non-porous, heat-resistant material that is easy to clean and doesn't hold onto bacteria. However, we do not recommend using silicone-based lubricants with our silicone toys, as they can have a negative reaction with each other.

Our lubes are water-based and perfect for use with all types of toys–latex, rubber, plastic, silicone, etc! They are not flavored or scented, non-staining, and extremely easy to clean up as well as 100% vegan-friendly, non-toxic, and hypoallergenic.

Yes! All Banana Split toys have a connecting mechanism. So if you end up ordering a second toy later on, you will be able to connect it to your original toy.

When you shop our presale, you are guaranteed to receive one of the first Banana Split toys. That way you don't have to worry about us selling out at launch. Your order will ship as soon as we have it--on or before April 30th.

As this will be our first big batch of products, mistakes may happen! Please reach out to us if you have any issues with your toy and attach a photo or video demonstrating the issue. We will do our best to help you troubleshoot or replace/refund your toy.

Yes! Because we are a very early stages business, we only have the resources to launch with limited sizes. Our plan is to expand our sizing as much as possible. You can also purchase the Banana and Dollop separately, if one of them seems more likely to fit you, and then wait to purchase another end until more options become available--they will all pair together seamlessly.

We highly recommend using the Split with a harness as the 3 powerful motors make it heavy. Check out our "How to use the Split with a harness" section on the "Meet the Split" page for more details.

In order to be compatible with a partner toy, a harness cannot have a solid backing behind the o-ring because the toy must extend from your vagina, through the o-ring, to your partners vagina. We sell a compatible harness on our site that we highly recommend. If you don't like the look of the one we have available, reach out to us for suggestions!
