Absolutely! You can gift anything in our online store. Simply enter your giftee’s address during checkout and we’ll make sure the package arrives at their door. Our invoices do not include pricing so the lucky recipient will never know what you spent. We currently only ship to Canada--other locations are in the works! Canadian orders ship with flat rate fees for USPS/Canada Post ($37 CAD) and DHL ($50 CAD). Your shipping fee includes all duties, taxes, and import fees, so there are no surprise charges at delivery.

All packages ship in a plain brown box but please be aware that the attached customs forms will list the item as a “silicone personal massager” to avoid misclassification at customs, so we cannot guarantee fully discreet shipping.

To minimize packaging waste, we ship orders together once all items are in stock. If you would like to receive in-stock items early, please email hello@bananasplitshop.com and we'll help you out.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any items that have been opened and/or used.

As an early-stage business, mistakes do happen. If an item is not functioning properly or arrived broken, please email hello@bananasplitshop.com with a photo or video of the issue, and we’ll troubleshoot the problem with you or provide a replacement. 

All Banana Split toys come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. If your product stops working or arrives defective due to an issue with materials, manufacturing, or charging components, we’ll replace it at no cost.

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse or improper cleaning, or issues caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.

To request a replacement, email hello@bananasplitshop.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo or short video. We’ll review your claim and help you get a replacement quickly. We'll also provide a pre-paid shipping label so you can return the toy to us for inspection and testing on our end.

All Banana Split toys are made of 100% body-safe silicone. Silicone is one of the best materials out there for sex toys because it is a non-porous, heat-resistant material that is easy to clean and doesn't hold onto bacteria. However, we do not recommend using silicone-based lubricants with our silicone toys, as they can have a negative reaction with each other.

Sizes small and medium are frequently restocked, but we unfortunately do not have an ETA on our size large due to manufacturing delays and tariffs. All restock updates will be sent out via our newsletter, so sign up and keep an eye out!

In order to be compatible with a partner toy, a harness cannot have a solid backing behind the o-ring because the toy must extend from your vagina, through the o-ring, to your partner's vagina.

You're not alone! Our charging port can be challenging to find. You can locate the port right next to the lightning bolt symbol and push the head of the charger through the silicone to plug it in. Please refer to this video for more assistance.

Yes, you can! All sizes and shapes of Banana Split toys can pair together seamlessly with our universal coupler.

ALWAYS (no exceptions) clean your toy before use! Here are a few rules for how to do so:

• Do not use cleaners containing petrol or acetone
• Do not boil the toy to disinfect or expose it to extreme heat
• Your toy is waterproof, but NEVER wash your toy while it's plugged in. Ensure charging ports are dry before plugging it in

Use only water-based lube with your toys. Silicone lube may cause the toy's surface to degrade over time. Check out our compatible Sliquid Pride Lube!
