Processing Times

In-stock products ship within 3–5 business days. Presale items ship before or on the date stated in the product description.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

• U.S. Customers: Orders of $100 or more (after discounts and before taxes) qualify for free economy shipping.

• International Customers: We currently ship only to the U.S. and Canada. Canadian orders ship at flat rates: $37 CAD (USPS/Canada Post) or $50 CAD (DHL). Shipping fees include all duties, taxes, and import fees—no surprise charges at delivery.

• We are unable to offer free shipping outside the U.S. at this time.

Discreet Packaging

All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of contents. Please note that customs declarations for international orders will list the item as a “silicone personal massager,” which may impact discreetness during customs processing.

Gifts

You may ship directly to a gift recipient by entering their address at checkout. Invoices do not include pricing. For special gift note requests, please contact us at hello@bananasplitshop.com.

Order Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact hello@bananasplitshop.com as soon as possible. Once your order has been fulfilled or shipped, we may be unable to redirect packages.

Combined Orders

To minimize packaging waste, we ship presale and in-stock items together once all items are available. If you would like in-stock items shipped separately, please email hello@bananasplitshop.com.
