All toys are discreetly packaged in a 100% recyclable, plain brown shipping box. Orders ship within 2-5 business days. We offer 3 flat rate shipping options:
- Economy: 5-8 business days for $5 (or free with orders over $100)
 - Standard: 3-4 business days for $8
 - Express: 1-2 business days for $18
 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any items that have been opened, used, or have a broken packaging seal. If an item is not functioning properly or arrived broken, please email hello@bananasplitshop.com with a photo or video of the issue, and we’ll troubleshoot the problem with you or provide a replacement.
All our toys come with a charger inside the cardboard insert at the base of the toy (don't throw it out!!).
The charging port can be challenging to find. You can locate the port right next to the lightning bolt symbol and push the head of the charger through the silicone to plug it in. Please refer to this video for more assistance.
Sizes small and medium are frequently restocked, but we unfortunately do not have an ETA on our size large due to manufacturing delays and tariffs. All restock updates will be sent out via our newsletter, so sign up and keep an eye out!
